<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copyright contract supporting server offering an environment for direct transaction between a copyright holder and a user while maintaining private autonomy as a right of the copyright holder. <P>SOLUTION: A management enterpriser server 3 transmits a contract supporting request message for desiring contract support of a trust contract, by which a copyright management work is entrusted to a copyright management enterpriser, to a copyright supporting server 5. On receipt of the contract support request message, the copyright supporting server 5 transmits a copyright template, which defines the type of a production, a right contract procedure matching usage, and a usage condition list, to a copyright holder terminal 1. On receipt of an input of the usage condition of the copyright designated by the copyright holder according to the copyright template, the copyright holder terminal 1 receiving the copyright template transmits the usage condition to the copyright supporting server 5.
