<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system allowing a customer to use history information of the customer via a Web site and the like on the Internet for improving convenience of the customer and availability of the Web site. <P>SOLUTION: This customer supporting system is provided with a customer information management server 30 registering personal information of each customer in a storage means and allocating a univocal customer number to each registered customer, a purchase information management server 40 receiving purchase information including the customer number inputted in purchase of a commodity by the customer from a retail shop terminal 20 to accumulate it, and a Web server 50 providing predetermined Web information in response to access from a customer terminal 10 via the Internet 100. In response to a request for the purchase history information and the like from the customer terminal 10, the purchase information management server 40 retrieves the accumulated purchase information according to the customer number inputted from the customer terminal 10, extracts the purchase information of the corresponding customer number for generating the purchase history information, and transmits it in an electronic data form to the customer terminal 10 via the Web server 50. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
