<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system allowing a customer to use history information of the customer via a Web site and the like on the Internet for improving convenience of the customer and availability of the Web site. <P>SOLUTION: This customer supporting system is provided with a customer information management server 30 registering personal information of each customer in a storage means and allocating a univocal customer number to each registered customer, a purchase information management server 40 receiving purchase information including the customer number inputted in purchase of a commodity by the customer from a retail shop terminal 20 to accumulate it, and a Web server 50 providing predetermined Web information in response to access from a customer terminal 10 via the Internet 100.
