<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable cashless purchase without requiring any new contract between a user and a financial institution. <P>SOLUTION: This cashless system is provided with a system management device 2 arranged in a settlement office, in which cashless trade is carried out, for reading an ID number N1 of a mobile communication terminal 1 and inputting a personal identification number N2 and a terminal information database 3 holding the ID number N1, the personal identification number N2, and financial institution information N3 as terminal information N4.
