PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor apparatus applicable to a real time system for preventing missing of stored data during power interruption, preventing the occurrence of a through-current during power restoration and wherein high speed processing and low power consumption are realized by steeply raising power. SOLUTION: A clock generating circuit 101 and a data storage circuit 102 are operated at a first power supply voltage VDD1 in an ordinary operation because of a closed switch 106, operated at a second power supply voltage VDD2 when needing storage of data during power interruption because of the opened switch 106 and the first power supply voltage VDD1 applied to a logic circuit 103 is interrupted.
