PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent superimposition on an intermediated signal by distortion occurred due to a detector diode. SOLUTION: A first buffer amplifier 4 for outputting an intermediated signal and a detector circuit 10 for detecting a part of the outputted intermediated signal and outputting an AGC (automatic gain control) voltage are provided. A second buffer amplifier 7 is inserted between the first buffer amplifier 4 and the detector circuit 10, and even if distortion occurred at a detector diode 10a of the detector circuit 10 starts to return to the side of the first buffer amplifier 4, it is stopped by the second buffer amplifier 7.
