PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently register an e-mail address. SOLUTION: A data processor, etc., is provided with a communication part for transmitting and receiving e-mail through a computer network, a processing part for analyzing the received e-mail and determining if the e-mail includes a format that requests a file to be transmitted to an e-mail address, and a storing part for storing an address book in which e-mail addresses are registered. When the processing part determines that the e-mail includes the format, the processing part transmits e-mail including the file to the e-mail address through the communication part and also registers the e-mail address in the address book of the storing part.
