<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a proper structure for making airtight communicate the interiors of adjacent boxes. <P>SOLUTION: Openings 13, 14 are formed in a left-side plate 1a of the right- side box 1 and a right-side plate 1b of the left-side box 1. A flange 8, having the opening 8a, is welded to only the right-side plate 1b, and packing 4 is filled in a groove 8b that is formed so as to surround the opening 8a of the flange 8. In this state, a bolt 16, inserted in a through-hole 15, is screwed into a tap hole 8c, thus coupling the left-side plate 1a with the right-side plate 1b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
