<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a response regarding ordering to a customer by a system, reduce work loads on the order-reception side, and acquire information regarding the ordering by ordering in a manner desired by the orderer regardless of a place of the orderer. <P>SOLUTION: This ordering and order-reception management system is consisted of an orderer client 2, an order receiver client 1 and an ordering and order-reception management server 10. Means connected with the ordering and order-reception management server 10 via a communication network 5 are provided to the orderer client 2 and the order receiver client 1. A contents converting means 11 is provided with the ordering and order-reception management server 10 for converting a type of information transmitted to the orderer client 2 or the order receiver client 1 into a respectively usable type according to the orderer client 2 or the order receiver client 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
