<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for confirming radio transmission state in which a labor of a confirming work of the radio transmission state between a master machine of a radio transmitter and a plurality of slave machines of the radio transmitter is drastically simplified in the case of installation in a system for monitoring a plurality of gas meters by using the radio transmitter. <P>SOLUTION: The method for confirming the radio transmission state is constituted of an automatic alarm that performs data communication with a centralized monitoring center via a telephone line, the master machine of the radio transmitter to be connected with the automatic alarm by cable, a plurality of the slave machines of the radio transmitter that perform the data communication with the master machine by a radio signal, a plurality of meters to be connected with the slave machines by cable and a setting device having a function for setting data by being connected with the master machine and the slave machines, the master machine successively executes a communication test by radio to the entire number of a plurality of the connected slave machines and confirms results of the communication test after termination of the communication test of the entire number of the registered slave machine by displaying the results on a display part of the setting device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
