<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately position solder balls onto a terminal, and to make solder paste by fusing the solder ball without flowing it out. <P>SOLUTION: This electric connector used for connecting a kind of chip module electrically to a circuit board includes a flat base, and a cover engaged with the base.
