PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a video information display device which can easily retrieve a video photographed over a movement or while the photographing direction is changed and photographic information obtained when the video was photographed. SOLUTION: The video information display device is equipped with a recording medium (electronic file 3) where photographed videos are collected, a video database 5 where the photographic information and video are collected while made to correspond to each other, a video retrieving means 2 which retrieves photographic information on at least one of the photography position, photography date and time, and photographing direction of the video as a retrieval key from the video database to extract video specifying information matching the photographic information and also extract video from the recording medium according to the extracted video specifying information, and a video reproducing means 1 which reproduces the video extracted by the video retrieving means.
