PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restart processing without wasting processing up to a down of a processing execution managing function in such a case. SOLUTION: A scenario engine 11 provided for a computer 10 for scenario engine controls computers 1 to (n) for processing execution according to a scenario to enable the computers 1 to (n) for processing execution to execute a transaction. This scenario engine 11 stores the execution states and execution histories of individual processes constituting the transaction in a database 21 during the execution of the transaction each time the individual processes are executed. If the scenario engine gets down during the execution of the transaction, the scenario engine 11 restores the engine into the state before it gets down according to the execution states and execution histories stored in the database and restarts processes which are not executed.
