PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coaxial cable connector capable of surely attaching a coaxial cable in a one-touch operation, and an attachment structure of the connector. SOLUTION: This coaxial cable connector comprises a cylindrical connector body 1; a first holding member 5 holding an insulating part C of a coaxial cable A in a cable fitting hole 10 of the connector body; and a second holding member 16 holding an outside conductor turnup part D of the coaxial cable. The second holding member comprises a contact part 7 pressing an elastic belt plate material 6 with an inner face of a cable fitting through hole; and a pressing part 8 inclined from the contact part towards a front side of a center, and is curved like a ring and inserted. It is pressed to the cable fitting-hole by a repulsive force. The pressing part has a pressing width h, and a part 9 biting into an external conductor is installed to a tip part thereof.
