PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for molding a resin by which a dust stator 1 can be prevented from being broken by molding pressure without causing the short filling of a resin 8. SOLUTION: After the main body 2 of the dust stator is inserted into the inserting space 4a of a bottom force 4, a top force 5 is set on the bottom force 4. At this time, the pressing force of a spring 7 acts on the main body 2 of the dust stator through a press mold 6 and a restraining force is generated between one end face of the main body 2 of the dust stator and the lower end face 5b of the top force, because the main body 2 is pushed into the space 4a by the set load of the top force 5. In this state, the main body 2 is not deformed nor broken even when prescribed molding pressure is applied to the main body 2 at the time of molding the resin 8, because a frictional force works between the one end face of the main body 2 and the lower end face 5b of the top force 5. In addition, since the resin 8 flows in the deep portion of a cavity section and packed in the periphery of a coil 3, the coil 3 can be molded surely with the resin 8. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
