PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify a session in a global unique manner in a portion of a group or the entire group of servers that continuously exist on a transfer path for an Internet control protocol without depending upon information set by a terminal. SOLUTION: In a server 21 at a frontmost position of the server group that shares a global unique identifier on the message transfer path 4 for a session control protocol, unique information or global unique information is generated in the server 21, the information is set in an information element that is not referred to, changed or eliminated by the other servers in a session establishment request message, and the set information element is put in the message to be transferred to servers at posterior positions. Subsequently, each server or information communication terminal uses the set information element or information obtained by adding information for identifying the server 21 at the frontmost position within the network to the set information element as information for uniquely identifying the session.
