PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure connection reliability between a crimp terminal and an electric wire, as to terminal structure wherein a band-like part formed with a crimp edge in its terminal end portion is provided continuously on a rear side of a terminal connection part so as to provide the contact edge by folding up the crimp edge. SOLUTION: The crimp terminal 10A has the terminal connection part 12a, and an electric wire connecting part 12b. The crimp terminal 10A is provided with the first band-like part 15 extended toward its rear side, and formed with a pair of insulation barrel 20, and the second band-like part 17 layered on the first band-like part 15, and formed with the crimp edge 18 in its terminal end portion in a front side. The second band-like part 17 is a portion extended form the first band-like part 15, and is constituted of a turned-up portion formed by turning up foldingly the first band-like part 15 frontwards in a rear side of the barrel 20. The crimp edge 18 of the second band-like part 17 is folded up to provide the crimp edge 18 in the rear side of the terminal connection part 12a, and a barrel 30 is provided in the rear side of the crimp edge 18.
