PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cluster configuration storage device system for freely creating the copy of a storage region without considering any cluster, and to support the decision of a storage region being a copy destination by a user. SOLUTION: This computer system consists in referring to/updating snap shot control information in the shared memory of the other cluster via an inter- cluster connecting mechanism to realize an inter-cluster snap shot.
