PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor power circuit which can be constituted at a low cost with a small number of parts and can vary the output voltage. SOLUTION: The output voltage of a motor power circuit 0 to be supplied to an IPM for driving a three-phase AC servo motor can be varied by installing a load current varying circuit 7, which is provided with a load resistor with a switch or a plurality of load resistors connected in parallel, in a motor power circuit 0, and controlling the make and break of the switch that the load current varying circuit 7 possesses, according to the operation states. Hereby, it is only required to control the make and break of the switch of the load current varying circuit 7 so that the output voltage of the motor power circuit 0 may be go higher so as to quicken the operation speed of the IPM in the case that high speed drive is requested for a three-phase AC servo motor on one hand, and to control the make and break of the switch of the load current varying circuit 7 so that the output voltage of the motor power circuit 0 may be go lower so as to reduce the surge noise accompanying the operation of the IPM on the other.
