<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a very compact and reliable attaching unit, a component attaching apparatus, and a component attaching method where a line-up transportation apparatus and an attaching apparatus are integrated for smooth delivery of components. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided a line-up transportation part 110, an alignment part 120, an arrival confirming part 140, and a component attaching part 140. The arrival confirming part confirms whether a component 2 has been aligned or not by the alignment part 120. When alignment is completed, the component attaching part attaches the component to a substrate. Thus, delivery of components ranging from line-up transportation of components out of order to attaching to the substrate is performed smoothly and reliably with a very compact apparatus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
