PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication system capable of providing a uniform service independently of the type of a signal used for a communication apparatus provided by a mobile wireless communication enterprise. SOLUTION: The mobile communication system 100 includes: a mail service center 102; and a mobile phone unit 103 for acquiring a mail reception state about the sender information, the type of a file, and data capacity information attached to the mail received by connection to the mail service center 102 to acquire the data. The mail service center 102 converts the mail and the data from a plurality of communication apparatuses into data receptible by the mobile wireless phone 103 and transmits the data after the conversion to the mobile wireless phone 103.
