PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize stabilized control without need of circuits except servomotors. SOLUTION: In this unit, motor control unit models 2, 6 each of which is modeled as a servo controller are provided with each servo controller 3, 7 which controls servomotors 5, 8; the disturbance suppression is performed by making servo controllers 3, 7 operate according to each of the corresponding motor control unit model 2 or 6, and as the result the stabilized control is realized by preventing of turning into oscillation condition; and synchronization control can be realized when ball screws 10 and 11 are controlled independently in their own way without need of the circuits which correct the positions between both shafts because the constitution is made to suppress the disturbance by regarding the interference between two shafts, that is the ball screws 10, 11, as the disturbance of each shaft.
