<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming method for solid electrolyte reducing the calcination frequency and to provide a lithium battery made by using the solid electrolyte by the same method. <P>SOLUTION: This forming method for the solid electrolyte for forming the titanium oxide type solid electrolyte containing lithium, titanium, and oxygen and having lithium ion conductivity heats and incinerates precursor solution including water as a solvent component and aqueous titanium compound as a titanium supply source. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
