<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly execute procedures such as admission registration, day's spot purchase, return, vendition, and equivalent exchange, without less at a low cost, in a fixed amount purchasing system for precious metals such as gold and platinum. <P>SOLUTION: In this fixed amount purchasing system 10, a client server 20 of a client 18 who is a member having an internet bank account for settlement is connected via the Internet 16 to a main server 14 of a purchase institution 12. The client applies for admission registration, outstanding balance reference, day's spot purchase, return, vendition, equivalent exchange, or the like, by being connected to a fixed-amount dedicated site 36 from the server 20. The institution 12 executes prescribed services while referring to data in a client database 26, a financial institute server 28, a market price file 30, and the like.
