<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system carrying appropriate information alone in carrying event information having an opening period. <P>SOLUTION: In carrying event information using a computer, this information carrying management system is characterized in that a releasing date and a release completion date can be set, the setting automatically makes the information into a release state prescribed days before the release day, and the information passing the release period is non-released.
