<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image recorder/reproducer with a touch panel to be easily operated by a user in accordance with the using condition of the operation panel of the user. <P>SOLUTION: This touch panel device attached to an image recorder/ reproducer is provided with a touch panel for detecting touching by the user in a matrix, a recognizing means for recognizing a region on the touch panel as a plurality of input blocks, and a display body for instructing the input block.
