PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deflecting yoke device suitably fitted to a funnel-side neck portion of a profiled neck CRT for a projection TV that a neck diameter on the side of an electron gun is thicker than a neck diameter on the side of a funnel. SOLUTION: Divided main horizontal deflecting coils, coil separators (ST, SB), main vertical deflecting coils (VL, VR) and cores (CT, CB) are integrally fitted on a funnel-side neck portion (Nf), and a secondary deflecting yoke (102) is then fitted on rear sides of the coil separators (ST, SB) by being slid so as to cover from an electron gun-side neck portion (Ng) to the funnel-side neck portion, whereby the deflecting yoke device (100) can be suitably fitted to the funnel-side neck portion (Nf) of a profiled neck CRT (11) for a projection TV.
