The retractor includes an expandable envelope (34) with a connection tip (36) at one end equipped with an anti-return valve (38). An inflation assembly (12) includes a cylindrical body (14) having a link (18) at its first end, and a second enclosed by a seal (26). A piston (20) is slidably mounted in the cylindrical body filled by the inflation fluid. A piston rod (22) connected to the piston passes through the seal, and the connection tip and the link cooperate with each other so that in a first position, watertight sealing is assured between the expandable element and the cylindrical body, and in a second position, the envelope w.r.t the inflation assembly.
