<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the production efficiency of a controller of a motor, by facilitating the attachments of its semiconductor elements to its heat radiating body. <P>SOLUTION: With respect to the controller of the motor wherein semiconductor elements 4 are attached to the surfaces of a heat radiating body 3 comprising a conductor, the semiconductor elements 4 are so adhered to the surfaces of the heat radiating body 3 as to cap in this state a presser member 8 onto the outsides of the semiconductor elements 4. The presser member 8 comprises a conductor, and has a groove 9 whereto the heat radiating body 3 and the heads portions of the semiconductor elements 4 are fitted. When fitting the heat radiating body 3 and the head portion of the semiconductor elements 4 into the groove 9 of the presser member 8, such a force as to expand the groove 9 to the outside is applied to the presser member 8. By the reactive force of this force, the semiconductor elements 4 are so pressed against the heat radiating body 3 as to hold them in the state of them being adhered to the surfaces of the heat radiating body 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
