<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely determine the route for a long member. <P>SOLUTION: A clip mount 9 for engaging a clip 2 is provided with a rib 15, which prevents rotation of the long member 1. It is desirable that the plane 8 of the abutment part 6 of the clip 2 abut on a rib face 15a of the rib 15, to prevent the rotation of the long member 1, by inserting the engagement part 5 of the clip 2 into the engaging hole 10 of the clip mount 9, to thereby engage it.
