<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the process of associating spreadsheet software on a terminal computer, such as a PC or a work station, with a program or data on a host computer. <P>SOLUTION: A form print data creating means 12 of the host computer 1 creates form print data according to instructions coming from an application program executed by an application program executing means 7. A delivery worksheet creating means 14 creates a delivery worksheet 15 from the form print data 13 by referring to form format definition information 16.
