<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spatial filtering method whereby a method for taking balance between restoration of deterioration and noise suppression as a parameter by each dose is used to produce a filter and the parameter by each dose is adjusted depending on the preference of a doctor examining diagnosis so as to generate an image permitting ease of diagnosis for the doctor and to provide a radiant ray image processing system employing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The spatial filtering method wherein the filter is produced by changing coefficients of the spatial filter depending on pixel values of an image being an index of a dose is characterized in to include a processing step wherein the filtering is performed by using the filter produced by taking a balance between the restoration of deterioration and noise suppression as a parameter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
