摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid oxide fuel cell of excellent output even at working temperatures of 700-900&deg;C. <P>SOLUTION: This solid oxide fuel cell comprises an air electrode provided on one side of an electrolyte via an electrode reaction layer, a cell with a fuel electrode disposed on a side opposite thereto, and an inter-connector for performing electric connection. Since the electrode reaction layer is formed of uniformly mixed zirconia with solid-solution lanthanum-manganite and scandium expressed by LaAMnO<SB>3</SB>having vents communicated with each other (where, A is Ca or Sr), the solid solution of scandium is 3-12 mol.%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
