<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of confirming the qualification of a maintenance person dispatched to a user from a maintenance company. <P>SOLUTION: A maintenance center management server automatically determines the trouble contents relative to the notification of the trouble which is automatically transmitted from a user terminal in occurrence of the trouble in the user terminal and when the management server determines the necessity of the dispatch of the maintenance person, the management server commands a maintenance center identification server to issue a password. The maintenance center identification server responds thereto by automatically issuing a unique password to make one to one correspondence to the trouble notification. The maintenance center management server automatically determines the trouble position from the notification contents and the past trouble notification and transmits the trouble contents, necessary components, and the password to a maintenance base terminal. The maintenance center identification server automatically identifies the ID of the maintenance person and the password and transmits the identification results to the user terminal. When the identification results are accorded with each other, the user terminal removes an alarm and allows the restoration of the trouble position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
