摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service provision method improving the convenience of a user by managing the repair articles stock of a store in a service management system for use in the repair work of a vehicle and sales of the vehicle components. <P>SOLUTION: The plurality of stores 4 periodically or at any time recognize the stock states of the components of the own warehouses respectively and register them to an information center 1. The information center 1 makes database of the stock state of the components registered by each store 4 and manage them for every store 4. On the other hand, when the necessity of the repair work such as an inspection, a replacement, a supply, and a supplementation of repair article arises, the vehicle 2 transmits the number of the vehicle 2 and a request of the repair to the information center 1. The information center 1 which receives the request of the repair, selects a store 4 appropriate for performing the repair work of the vehicle 2 based on the stock state of the components obtained from the store 4 and the information transmitted from the vehicle 2.
