<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for providing services such as repairing work of a vehicle, capable of improving the profits and convenience of the whole system. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle 2 is subjected to calculation of a vehicle fault diagnosis, a parts life duration and estimation of relevant expendable supplies according to information that can be acquired from a sensor and a control unit, and notifies an information center 1 of such information and repairing request. The information center 1 which has received the notification further notifies of it a dealer 4 terminal that can provide predetermined service contents. The dealer 4 responds to such information and repairing request and transmits service conditions of the dealer 4 to the information center 1. The information center 1 relays the received service conditions per dealer 4 to a user and makes the user select desired service conditions. The information center 1 transmits the signed agreement information to the dealer 4 which has provided the service conditions selected by the user for contract intermediation with the user. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
