<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable photoelectric converter at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The photoelectric converter comprises a number of granular crystalline semiconductors 2 of one conductivity that are disposed on a substrate 1 serving as one electrode, an insulating material 3 filled between the granular crystalline semiconductors 2, a semiconductor layer 4 and/or a transparent conductive layer 5 of the opposite conductivity that is provided on the granular crystalline semiconductors 2, and upper electrodes 7 and 8 connected on the semiconductor layer 4 or the transparent conductive layer 5 of the opposite conductivity. Electrodes composed of conductive powder having high wettability with a phenolic plastic, an epoxy resin, and solder are provided on the upper electrodes 7 and 8, so that the upper electrodes 7 and 8 can be formed while keeping sufficient contact with the transparent conductive layer 5 and an extraction electrode 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
