<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable and low price bypass diode for solar battery which can quickly absorb the heat generated in a bypass diode and efficiently radiate the absorbed heat without resulting in complicated bypass diode manufacturing process and moreover realize high integration density and rather small installation area even when a plurality of bypass diodes are used. <P>SOLUTION: In a metallic printed wiring board wherein an insulation layer is formed to one surface of a metal plate and a wiring pattern is formed on the insulation layer, a semiconductor element is placed, via a conductive bonding material, to a semiconductor element mounting portion formed on the wiring pattern and a pad formed in the wiring pattern and a semiconductor element are connected via a conductive connecting material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
