PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the ripple currents on the input side small by reducing the time of a plurality of transistors becoming ON or OFF at the same time. SOLUTION: A DC power unit 30 comprises PWM control means 38 which controls the pulse width of the output voltage of transistors 33 installed in a plurality of switching regulators 32 and a triangular wave generating means (OSC) 39 which are connected severally to the PWM control means 38 and generate triangular waves. The plurality of OSCs 39 are provided so that the triangular waves generated from one OSC 39 predetermined may enter another OSC 39. Since the other OSCs 39 are provided with a phase adjusting means which varies the phases of the generated triangular waves by 2π/n (n: the number of switching regulators) to the phase of the triangular waves inputted from one OSC 39 determined in advance, the time of a plurality of transistors 33 becoming ON or OFF at the same time can be reduced.
