PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the current consumption of a mobile machine in a mobile communication system adopting a cell/sector configuration. SOLUTION: Wireless base stations 20a, 20b estimate a shape of cells 40a, 40b formed by the wireless base stations 20a, 20b on the basis of information sent from mobile machines 10a to 10c and provide the shape of the cells 40a, 40b to the mobile machines 10a to 10c.
