PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording apparatus which effectively utilizes and records information obtained from a broadcast receiving apparatus, and to provide the broadcast receiving apparatus and an information recording system. SOLUTION: The information recording apparatus has: a communication part 23 connected to an external broadcast receiving parts B for receiving program information (EPG information) therefrom; a reservation recording function 19 for producing programming information based upon the received program information; and recording functions 13, 15, 17, 18 and 19 for performing reservation recording of information signals onto recording media 17 and D based upon AV signals acquired from the broadcast receiving apparatus B in accordance with the reservation information.
