PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems regarding such as spacing loss and durability. SOLUTION: A magnetic layer 2 is formed on a nonmagnetic base material 1, a nonmagnetic protective layer 4 dispersedly formed by the thickness distribution of a projection part 3 is formed on the magnetic layer, and a lubricant layer 5 is formed on the nonmagnetic protective layer to give a surface projection 13. That is, the projection part 3 is dispersedly formed on the nonmagnetic protective layer 4 formed on the magnetic layer 2, to prevent the magnetic layer 2 from rusting. The nonmagnetic protective layer 4, which constitutes projection part 3 included, and the projection part 3, is constituted with the same materials as the whole. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
