PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a contents distribution system capable of preventing illegal access even though a URL for download leaks out. SOLUTION: This contents distribution system is provided with a distribution server 131 for distributing contents data through a communication line. The distribution server 131 dynamically prepares a URL for download to be used by a user terminal each time the distribution server 131 distributes the contents data, temporarily prepares a link file for contents to be downloaded, and invalidates the URL by eliminating the dynamically prepared link file after contents data distribution is finished.
