PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized speaker wherein it is not required to provide a box of a separate unit to a rear side of a frame. SOLUTION: The small-sized speaker is provided with: a voice coil 21 fitted to a diaphragm 20; a magnetic circuit section 19 comprising soft magnetic members 16, 18, and magnet 17 and having a magnetic gap; the frame 10 supporting a circumferential edge of the diaphragm 20 and the magnetic circuit section 19; and a lead terminal 25 electrically connected to a terminal 22 of the voice coil 21, a side wall 14 formed integrally with the frame 10 and extended from the vicinity of an outer circumference of the frame 10 toward the magnetic circuit section 19 is formed, and an enclosing means 24 encloses the inside of the side wall 14 to form a cabinet space.
