PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a connection party of an extension telephone set in a server for controlling and managing a plurality of clients by utilizing a CTI function based on a TAPI. SOLUTION: When a call is terminated from a line wire to a line wire port which is not set to an incoming notification mode, a PBX 1 rings a 1st extension terminal 4 previously set as a connection party of the line wire port to which the incoming call is terminated. When a call is terminated from the line wire to a line wire port which is set to the incoming notification mode, the PBX 1 holds the line wire port to which the incoming call is terminated at an incoming state for fixed time to notify a TAPI server 2 of the incoming call. At the time of receiving the incoming notification, the TAPI server 1 performs the TAPI function and sends a request of connection to a 2nd extension terminal 4 to the PBX 1. At the time of receiving the connection request from the TAPI server 2, the 2nd extension terminal 4 is rung. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
