PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly radiate heat from all heat generating devices if a circuit board is mounted with a plurality of the heat generating devices. SOLUTION: The circuit board 12 comprises a base having heat radiating property and a circuit portion 13 formed on the base. On the circuit board 12, for example, four heat generating devices 11, substantially identical in heat release value, are arranged in the circuit portion 13 in the direction of A. The coefficient of thermal conductivity of the base in the direction of B orthogonal to the direction of A is made larger than the coefficient of thermal conductivity of the base in the direction of A. Thus, heat generated by the heat generating devices 11 is substantially all conducted in the direction of B, and it is not conducted in the direction of A. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
