PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a water-proof member hardly coming off even when a cover and a housing are in a condition of a temporary assembled position. SOLUTION: This water-proof connector 1 is provided with the housing 4 for housing a terminal metal 2, the water-proof member 11 assembled from a rear side of the housing 4, and the cover 5. A pair of coming-off regulation parts 16 is provided elastically deformably in the left and right outer walls 17 of the housing 4. A pair of assembling pieces 13 engaged with the housing 4 is provided in the cover 5. When the housing 4 and the cover 5 are assembled in the temporary assembling position, the assembling pieces 13 press inwards press-in protrusions 18 of the coming-off regulation parts 16 to be elastically deformed, and an abutting part 19 is positioned thereby in the vicinity of a rear end of the water-proof member 11 to regulate the coming-off of the water- proof member 11.
