SOLUTION: This system is equipped with a means for urging selection by transmitting part data of a character to a user's personal computer 14, a means storing transmitted selection information in user's database 42, a means for urging selection by transmitting a plurality of gesture patterns to the personal computer 14, a means for storing transmitted selection data in an animation database 46, a means for urging specification of a delivery animation and the electronic mail address of a delivery destination by transmitting a Web page 58 for delivery reservation to the personal computer 14, a means for storing transmitted information in a delivery reservation database 48, a means for generating an electronic mail for describing URL for animation delivery and transmitting it to the delivery destination, and a means for creating an animation file by applying the gesture pattern to the part data of the character and transmitting it to a personal computer 24 when the URL is accessed from the personal computer 24 of a delivery destination user.
