PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently use hardware resources and to easily distribute contents. SOLUTION: When communication through a network is available (when a line is usable), clients 11-1 to 11-3 which obtained and saved contents from a contents distributing server 1 send the saved contents to other clients according to sending destination specification information added to the contents. For example, the client 11-1 sends the contents obtained from the contents distributing server 1 and saved to the clients 12-1 and 12-2 specified as sending destination clients specified with the sending destination specification information.
