PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform a user who reserved the date and time of browsing a WEB page that the browsing date and time come at the browsing date and time or a specified time before them. SOLUTION: A reservation management part 11 registers the URL and browsing date and time of the WEB page that the user reserves in a browsing reservation list that a storage device 112 stores and this browsing date and time are set in a timer 113. When the timer initiates an interruption, (a WEB browser 121 is actuated when not actuated) the browsing reservation list is checked, and the URL of a browsed WEB page registered while made to correspond to the browsing date and time matching the interruption from the timer is found and passed to the WEB browser.
