<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell separator manufacturing method using a tablet in which the handling property and the production efficiency are enhanced, and the conductivity is also excellent. <P>SOLUTION: When forming a separator by charging in a forming die a graphite-resin tablet consisting of a uniform mixture of 90-72 wt.% graphite and 10-28 wt.% resin of 30-250 μm grain size, the ratio of the plane projected area of the tablet to the plane projected area of the separator having a groove part is ≥45%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
